Working as a freelance artist brings so much fun and excitement. You will create different artworks for different client in different countries. I am happy that by doing online jobs, my artworks are now gradually spreading all over the world and I'm glad that all my clients are all happy with my works.

The Witch - It's Halloween!

It's Halloween  once again. The image above was my previous job I get in odesk.com. The task was, they send a photo of that witch in a low resolution jpeg file and I need to redraw it in photoshop using a tablet in a high resolution so that they can print it out in life size.

And since Halloween is just a few days away, let me give you some background about this event.

Halloween or Hallowe'en (a contraction of its original title "All Hallows' Evening"), also known as All Hallows' Eve, is a yearly holiday observed around the world on October 31, the eve before the Western Christian feast of All Hallows. According to some scholars, All Hallows' Eve initially incorporated traditions from pagan harvest festivals and festivals honoring the dead, particularly the Celtic Samhain; other scholars maintain that the feast originated entirely independently of Samhain.
